For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, perfumes can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. A valid proof of purchase is required, and approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that certain exceptions may apply depending on the situation.
